Our team has a dynamic background creating and innovating in the cyber, blockchain, micro-sensor, agricultural, and communication network technology segments. When looking at what we could do to support farmers using technology, it became quickly apparent that there were widely felt pain points and areas of struggle across jurisdictions.
While farming coffee in Brazil is going to look different than farming hemp or foods like strawberries in the United States, there are commonalities that start to emerge tied to farm size, labor needs, power restrictions due to farmland rurality (regardless of origin), and so on. Our goal then became, how can we support farmers to address some of these common pain points using technology, with a priority to minimize cost and power requirements as much as possible.

Farm automation strategies typically rely on very costly mechanization making them only viable for larger enterprise producers. We work on niche automation solutions to fix severe high-labor bottlenecks that small and large farmers run into alike, at affordable price points, often 50%-70% below industry-leading alternatives. Pictured to the left are some great industry automation solutions working toward the same goal.
We’ve developed a bin-based drying system for specialty crops like hemp flower, cannabis flower, coffee, and cocoa that quickly and gently drys the target product to target moisture ranges while removing humidity, at less than 60% of the average cost of leading competing solutions. This has been tested as a prototype at our farm with phenomenal results, we’re now in the process of patenting and commercializing the invention.
